Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During major new-set release periods dispatch can take slightly longer — if a significant delay affects your order, we'll email you.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 1–2 working days from dispatch. Orders of £150 or more ship on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, arriving the next working day. All of these are on top of the 1–2 working day dispatch time.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.99. Orders of £150 or more ship free on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes — every delivery option we offer is tracked, and we email your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating. Orders of £150 or more ship on Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which is signed for on delivery.

Sealed product is collected for its condition, so we pack to protect corners, edges and shrink-wrap using rigid or cushioned materials. Booster boxes, bundles and premium collections ship in correctly sized outer boxes rather than loose in a mailer.

Yes. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then have a further 14 days to return them. Email support@taylertcg.com with your order number before the cancellation period ends. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Yes. Because this is collectible sealed product, items must come back in their original, unopened and undamaged condition with all factory seals and shrink-wrap intact. If a sealed item has been opened, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging. Where a fault is confirmed you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Yes. Everything we sell is genuine, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG product and is never resealed. Sealed items are checked before dispatch and go out exactly as they arrived from the manufacturer.

No — the cards inside sealed product are random and determined by the manufacturer, and we never open sealed items to check. Product images are for illustration.

No. We're an independent UK retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or Game Freak. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Not at the moment — we stock sealed product only.

Only once our stock allocation for a release is confirmed — we won't take payment for stock we can't guarantee. When a pre-order is open, the product page shows the expected release date and the item is clearly marked as a pre-order, and it's dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us. For upcoming releases like the 30th Celebration sets, join the notify list on our homepage release calendar and we'll email you the moment ordering opens.

Yes. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We're VAT registered under number 523 3632 15, and VAT invoices are available on request.
