These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tayler TCG website and any purchase you make from us. Tayler TCG is a trading name of Tayler TCG Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17300605, VAT No. 523 3632 15). You can contact us at support@taylertcg.com. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products

We sell sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and related collectibles. Product images are for illustration; the specific cards contained within sealed product are random and determined by the manufacturer. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or Game Freak. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an email confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price and will offer you the correct price or a full refund.

4. Availability

Stock is limited and may sell out. Where an item shows as sold out, it cannot be purchased until restocked. Listing an item does not guarantee its continued availability.

5. Consumer rights, returns and delivery

Your rights to cancel, return faulty goods and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to place orders using false information.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability in respect of any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, logos and layout (excluding third-party trademarks), is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
